Unless otherwise specified, we will arrange for delivery in the shortest possible time.
※For overseas shipping, you cannot specify the delivery date.

Please note that it may take longer for delivery to remote islands and remote areas. Please understand this in advance.
If you are not at home on the day of delivery, the delivery company will leave a notice of absence and return the items.

About shipping charges

If the total value of the order is less than 10,000 yen including tax, the delivery charge will be a flat rate of 880 yen (including tax).
If the total price of the item is 10,000 yen or more including tax, the shipping fee will be free.

About cash on delivery shipping

If the parcel shipped by cash on delivery is not received by the customer and exceeds the storage period of the delivery company and is returned to us, the order will be cancelled.

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellation of orders.

Returns / Exchanges

Regarding size exchanges, exchanges are only possible if we have the size you want in stock. If the item is sold out, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges. You will be responsible for return shipping costs if you wish to exchange the item.

We pay close attention to the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the following accidents occur during delivery, we will cover the costs of returns and exchanges at our expense.

Delivery time

We try to ship within 24 hours of ordering.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

If the product is defective or different from the ordered product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.
Shipping fee We will replace it at our expense.
If the item is sold out, discontinued, or limited, we will refund the item price and cash on delivery fee after returning the item at our expense.
